Hello,

Been along time since we have posted an update but things are coming along nicely. New additions to the site are coming thick and fast. One in particular are the CME/CPD modules.

CME/CPD or Continuing Medical Education/Continuing Professional Development is an important part of a medic's ongoing development. We have put together a variety of modules to help train you on important issues in the field of medicine.

Check out the list of modules we provide here

http://labs.onexamination.com/Basket/Default.aspx

Each module is one hours worth of CPD and all contain clinically relevant questions! It is designed around clinically rich and typical cases that would be seen in everyday practice. Once you have completed the module, you are able to print out a certificate which can then be presented at your next appraisal. Each module is worth £6 pounds and are well worth the investment.

I've also heard on the grapevine that our MRCPCH part II revision course will be up and running very soon. So anyone preparing for that may want to check out our site in the couple of days for that.

And finally - we have a nice little feature we can provide for your website if you are interested. Everyday for each exam we provide a free 'Question of the Day' which you can test yourself on. We can now provide this feature on your own website. It looks a bit like this:

Anyone who would like an exam specific question of the day hosted on their website, email me at bfawkes@medelect.co.uk. The one above is currently running on the Birmingham University Medical Society website.

Well that is all for now, as usual if you have any questions, comments or suggestions for new features please do not hesitate to contact me on the above email address. Your ideas are always welcome.
